What form does it come in?
Visivra is sold as capsules in bottles. The seller labels the bundles as 60-, 90- and 180-day supplies for 2, 3 and 6 bottles, which suggests one bottle is meant to last about a month. The exact number of capsules and the daily serving are printed on the label: 30 capsules per bottle. Take 1 capsule daily.. It is not an eye drop and is not applied to the eyes.
What’s inside, in plain words
- Lutein & zeaxanthin — yellow plant pigments that settle in the centre of your retina and act like internal sunglasses against blue light.
- Bilberry — a small, dark European berry full of purple antioxidant pigments.
- Astaxanthin — a red antioxidant made by algae (the reason salmon is pink).
- Zinc — a mineral your retina relies on to use vitamin A.
- Vitamin A — the building block of the pigment that lets you see in low light.
The sales page lists these names but not the amounts. Our formula section covers each one in depth.

The seller offers 2-, 3- and 6-bottle bundles. If you take prescription medicine, show the label to your pharmacist first.
See Visivra OfferPaid linkWho is it aimed at?
The marketing speaks to three groups:
- Screen-heavy workers and students who end the day with tired, dry or strained eyes.
- Adults in their 40s and beyond noticing that their eyes aren’t what they used to be.
- People who want to look after their eyes but don’t eat many leafy greens.
If you recognise yourself, it’s worth knowing that habits such as the 20-20-20 rule and an up-to-date glasses prescription usually make a bigger difference than any capsule. See Visivra results for what’s realistic.

What Visivra is not
It helps to clear up a few misconceptions:
- Not a medicine. It’s a dietary supplement. The FDA doesn’t review supplements for safety or effectiveness before they go on sale.
- Not a replacement for glasses or contact lenses. Focusing problems are about the shape of the eye.
- Not a treatment for eye disease. Cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease and macular degeneration need medical care.
- Not the AREDS2 formula. It shares some nutrients but not the full recipe or (as far as we can tell) the doses.
Questions to ask before you buy
- What are the amounts per serving? Ask for the Supplement Facts panel.
- Which form of vitamin A is it? Important for smokers and anyone pregnant.
- Does it clash with anything I take? Zinc and vitamin A both interact with some medicines.
- Do I already get these nutrients? Check your multivitamin and diet.
- What does the refund require? All bottles back, packing slip, postage paid by you, within 60 days of ordering.
NCCIH recommends telling every healthcare provider you see about the supplements you take.

See Visivra OfferPaid linkCommon questions
Is Visivra a vitamin?
It contains vitamin A and zinc, but also plant pigments (lutein, zeaxanthin, astaxanthin) and a berry extract, so it’s best described as an eye-support supplement.
Is Visivra vegan?
The sales page doesn’t say. Capsule shells can be gelatin or plant-based — check the label’s ‘other ingredients’.
Do I need a prescription?
No. It’s sold as a dietary supplement. A pharmacist can still check it against your medicines.
Where is Visivra made?
We couldn’t verify the manufacturing site. The returns address belongs to a fulfilment company, not a factory.
Is it the same as other ‘Visivra’ sites sell?
Several sites promote Visivra. What matters is where you pay and which refund policy applies; see our scam check.
