The six conditions
Taken from the seller’s returns policy and terms of service, checked on October 18, 2026:
- Timing: 60 days, counted from the purchase date.
- Everything back: all bottles must be returned, whether full, partly used or empty.
- Paperwork: the original packing slip goes in the box.
- Postage: you pay to send it back, and that cost isn’t refunded.
- Method: refunds return to the original payment method.
- Timing of the refund: it may take 5–10 business days to appear after processing.
Your 60-day timeline
- Order day — Your 60 days begin now — not when the box arrives. File the confirmation email somewhere safe.
- Delivery — Keep the box and the packing slip. Without the slip, a return can stall.
- Weeks 1–6 — Use Visivra as the label says. Hold on to every bottle, including empties.
- Around day 45 — Make your keep-or-return decision. If returning, contact support today.
- Days 45–55 — Pack all bottles plus the slip and post them with tracking to the address support confirms (SHIPOFFERS, Aurora, CO). You pay the postage.
- Day 60 — The window closes. Don’t plan to post on this day.
- After processing — The refund goes to your original card or account, usually showing within 5–10 business days.

Say you order on 10 March and the parcel lands on 17 March. Your window still runs from 10 March, so it closes around 9 May — not 60 days after delivery. If you aim to decide by day 45 (about 24 April), there’s comfortable time to post the bottles back and have them arrive before the deadline.
What a return will cost you
Because postage is on you, your net refund equals what you paid minus the cost of the return parcel. Always choose a tracked service: if the parcel is lost, the tracking record is your proof. For a 6-bottle bundle, the parcel is bigger and heavier, so postage may be a little more.

Does the guarantee make Visivra ‘risk-free’?
Not quite. You risk the return postage, your time, and any delivery charge you paid on the 2-bottle bundle. And with larger bundles, you can only test a fraction of the supply before the window closes. “Low-risk if you follow the rules” is the fairer description.
Guarantee vs a ‘free trial’
Some supplement offers advertise a “free trial” where you pay only shipping and are later enrolled in automatic shipments. Visivra’s offer, as described in the documents we read, isn’t structured that way: you buy a bundle outright and can request a refund within 60 days. That’s simpler — but it means you pay the full bundle price upfront.
