Q1. What exactly is Visivra? An oral eye-support supplement in capsule form with six listed actives.* Overview: What is Visivra?
Q2. Which ingredients are in it? Lutein, zeaxanthin, bilberry extract, astaxanthin, zinc and vitamin A.
Q3. What are the doses? Not on the sales page. Ask the seller for the Supplement Facts panel before ordering, or read it on the bottle.
Q4. Has the FDA approved Visivra? No. Dietary supplements aren’t FDA-approved before sale; the FDA can act afterwards if a product is unsafe or mislabelled.
Q5. Is there a study on Visivra? We found none on the finished product. Its ingredients have been studied separately.
Taking it
Q6. How should I take it? As the label directs, with a meal containing some fat. See Visivra dosage.
Q7. When will I notice something? If at all, gradually — over weeks. See Visivra results.
Q8. Can I combine it with a multivitamin? Possibly, but add up zinc (limit 40 mg/day) and preformed vitamin A (limit 3,000 mcg/day).
Q9. Is it OK for my teenager? It’s marketed to adults. Ask your child’s doctor.
Q10. Will it replace my eye drops or glasses? No. Keep using what your eye doctor prescribed.
Safety
Q11. Any side effects? Usually none; zinc may cause nausea, especially without food. Details: Visivra safety.
Q12. Pregnant or breastfeeding? Talk to your doctor first — high-dose preformed vitamin A can cause birth defects, and bilberry’s pregnancy safety isn’t well studied.
Q13. Does it interact with medication? Zinc interacts with some antibiotics, penicillamine and thiazide diuretics; vitamin A with orlistat and retinoids.
Q14. I smoke — is it safe? Find out which form of vitamin A it uses. High-dose beta-carotene raised lung-cancer risk in smokers in large trials.

The seller offers 2-, 3- and 6-bottle bundles. If you take prescription medicine, show the label to your pharmacist first.
